Shawn Wiley
Chief Operating Officer
for Skybridge Development
Shawn Wiley currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Pointe Vista (PV). He focuses on the day-to-day operations of the PV companies and integrating and planning future PV properties and amenities. In 2004, Shawn graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Prior to joining the PV team, Shawn spent 13 years in the oil & gas industry on both the operator and service side. He led various functions, including Health Safety and Environment (HSE), Environmental Engineering, Procurement and Operational Quality.
Before entering the private sector, Shawn was a Captain in the United States Army. His final assignment was serving as the Intelligence Officer with the 1-9 Cavalry of the 1st Cavalry Division in southeast Iraq along the Iranian border interdicting lethal aid from Iran. Just 14 months earlier, he deployed to Baghdad as a Scout Platoon Leader and Troop Executive Officer with the 8-10 Cavalry of the 4thInfantry Division. Shawn spent two years deployed to Iraq and was subsequently awarded the Bronze Star Medal twice.
Shawn’s passion is spending time with his family and supporting his children’s sports teams. He also serves on the boards of several youth sports nonprofit organizations in the greater Oklahoma City area.
Grant Speakes
Chief Marketing Officer
for Skybridge Development
Grant is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and a Senior VP for Skybridge Development. Since joining the Skybridge team in 2018, Grant has focused on marketing Skybridge to potential clients and partners in order to help the company build/develop/manage unique properties.
Prior to joining Skybridge, Grant was a graduate student at Texas A&M and earned his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Real Estate from the Mays Business School. As a student, Grant served as the MBA Class President and was a founding member of Mays Vets — a Veteran’s affinity organization designed to support Veterans as they transition out of the military into the MBA program and the private sector. In 2016, Grant was recognized by the Texas A&M Association of Former Students in its 12 Under 12 Young Alumni Spotlight.
Grant’s final assignment in his 11-year Army career was serving as an ROTC instructor at Texas A&M. Grant was the MS IV program director responsible for coaching, teaching, and mentoring senior cadets on the principles of leadership and military operations. Grant was recognized by the office of the Commandant at Texas A&M as the Outstanding Military Advisor.
Previously, Grant served as a company commander of a 150-person company task force in combat in Afghanistan responsible for securing and connecting the population to the Afghan government. During his three-year-long tours in combat, Grant received the Army Commendation Medal for Valor and is a three-time recipient of the Bronze Star.
In Grant’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and championing Veteran’s causes.
Malek Massad
President of Skybridge Real Estate, LLC
Malek P. Massad is President of Skybridge Real Estate in Oklahoma. He has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in financial feasibility studies, strategic planning, valuation, market studies, budgeting, due diligence analysis, and development. Formerly Executive Vice President of Emersons Commercial Real Estate, Vice President of Real Estate for Bob Moore Auto Group and LM Real Estate; Vice President of Investment Analysis for Black Oak Partners, LLC; President of MPM Investments, LLC; and Vice President of Investment Analysis for H3 Advisors.
Malek holds a B.S. from the College of Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A. in Finance, both from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. His notable achievements include analyzing over $2 billion of real estate assets, negotiating partnerships resulting in $250 million of assets, developing 30 projects with a total value of over $175 million of real estate, growing an asset management company to support over 1 million square feet under management, and increasing the revenue for a landscaping company by 40 percent in one year to over $2 million.
He was selected for the Journal Record's "Top 40 under 40" award, OKC Biz Magazine's "Achiever's Under 40" award, and recently as a member of Leadership Oklahoma City's Signature Class 34.

Trevor Hayes
Trevor, the Development Manager at Skybridge Development, brings over two decades of expertise in real estate development and management, architecture, and commercial construction. With a proven track record of developing and managing assets totaling an impressive $1 billion, Trevor has been at the helm of a diverse portfolio of projects that span industrial, institutional, office, medical, retail, and hospitality sectors.
A proud Oklahoma native, Trevor’s journey in development began after earning his bachelor’s degree in architecture from The University of Oklahoma in architecture. His deep-rooted understanding of the industry, combined with his visionary approach, has consistently driven successful outcomes, and positioned Skybridge Development as a leader in the field.
When he’s not steering groundbreaking projects, Trevor can be found enjoying life’s adventures—whether it’s spending a sunny day at the lake, carving down the slopes, hitting the golf course, or simply cherishing moments with his friends and family. His passion for both his work and personal life is evident in everything he does, making him a respected leader and proactive team member at Skybridge Development.
Gavin Rowland
Project Director
for Skybridge Homes
Gavin Rowland graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Construction Science and has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. While attending the University he began his career in commercial construction working for Lippert Brothers and Flintco. He worked on several local projects including the Oklahoma Science Museum Omni Dome, the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, the Oklahoma City Civic Center, and the Chesapeake Arena formerly the Ford Center. Upon graduation he was hired on with Lippert Brothers in the capacity of an Assistant Superintendent on several large projects in the Oklahoma City area. These projects include the Hefner Water Treatment plant and Hobby Lobby distribution centers.
Gavin soon realized his true passion was residential construction and he became the owner of Phase II Construction based in Norman, Oklahoma. He built homes in several neighborhoods including Carrington Lakes, Crystal Gardens, Frost Creek, Highland Village, Montecito Ranch, and the Willows. He was also a premiere builder at Belmar Golf Course, including Belmar North, Belmar Estates, the Belmar Maintenance Facility and the Belmar Townhome additions in Moore. He has also built several custom homes ranging from 350K up to 1.5 million dollars.
Gavin believes in building things right the first time and does not cut corners. He always builds with the homeowner’s best interest in mind, incorporating the highest standards in energy efficient products, including windows, heating and air systems, insulation and plumbing, all while staying on top of current trends. Gavin is now the project director for Skybridge Homes LLC, bringing a great wealth of knowledge of residential construction to Skybridge LLC.

Jeremy Halferty
Jeremy is an accomplished Construction Manager at Skybridge Construction, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience and a remarkable portfolio of projects valued at more than $700 million. His expertise spans the nation, with successful ventures across diverse market sectors, including education, healthcare, retail, aviation, hospitality, religious institutions, and government work.
Growing up in Kansas, Jeremy developed a strong work ethic that carried him to Oklahoma State University, where he earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Management. During his college years, he also was a football player, playing with multiple All-Big 12 Student-Athlete Academic Honors.
Jeremy’s commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his status as a LEED Accredited Professional (AP BD+C), showcasing his dedication to sustainable building practices and innovative construction management.
Outside of his professional achievements, Jeremy is passionate about enjoying the outdoors and staying active in sports. Alex Jennings
Development Manager
Alex is a seasoned Construction and Development Management Professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. Hailing from North Texas and now residing in Oklahoma City since 2008, she has carved a unique path in a male-dominated field, often serving as the first woman on various management teams. With a B.S. in Engineering from Oklahoma State University, Alex's career is marked by her expertise in commercial, retail, and medical sector development, where she has excelled in acquisition, construction, and project management. Her strong ENTJ personality and in-depth knowledge of development and construction principles have established her as a driven and multi-faceted leader.
Currently, Alex serves as a Development Manager with Skybridge Development, a role she has held since the Spring of 2023. In this position, she acts as both developer and owner’s representative, overseeing everything from acquisition due diligence to project execution. Her previous experience includes four years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, where she managed projects across private commercial, medical, and municipal with a combined valued of over $295 million, including Oklahoma City's first water park and resort. Additionally, she spent three years as an Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager with Loves Travel Stops and Country Stores, overseeing simultaneous new construction projects across multiple states, with a combined project value at over $200 million and several years as a Drilling Engineer across the country. Alex also has extensive experience in special districts such as TIFs, PUDs, SPUD’s, and SHPO.
Beyond her professional achievements, Alex is deeply involved in her community. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), and several aviation-related organizations. As a mother of three daughters, a marathon runner, mountain bike racer, and private pilot, Alex thrives on challenges and continually seeks to expand her horizons both personally and professionally.

Chris Anson
Upon completion of his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from East Central University in 1994, Chris Anson began his career at Coates Roofing Company, Inc. (Seminole) as an administrative assistant until he eventually became controller.
In 2000, he made his way into a family business, Associated Steel Fabricators, Inc. (Oklahoma City), where he spent the next 17 years as the controller. After the sale of the family business, Chris was hired by Hammer Construction, Inc. (Norman) followed by Allred Metal Products, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ).
Chris has served as a city council member for the City of Seminole since 2005 as well as a member of the Seminole Economic Development council for four years. He also serves as treasurer for the Seminole Free Medical Clinic Foundation.
Chris recently received his Master’s in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with honors. He is the controller for Skybridge and Pointe Vista companies.
Heather Rainer
Broker Associate for Skybridge Real Estate
Heather is a broker associate with Skybridge Real Estate. She began her career in 1997 when she purchased her first rental property while attending the University of Oklahoma. Over the next few years, she managed to acquire over $2.5 Million in real estate holdings and opened her own property management company overseeing her private portfolio. In 2003, she decided to pursue her passion for real estate and attended Roger Despain School of Real Estate where she obtained her real estate license.
She has spent the last 21 years working in sales, marketing, and property management. Her career began with a focus on residential and has grown to include aspects of home building, design management, multi-family, and commercial property management as well as commercial real estate, including retail, multi-family, office, and industrial markets. In 2017, Heather obtained her broker’s license and oversaw a property management portfolio consisting of over 1 million square feet of retail, office, warehouse, and light industrial space while negotiating residential and commercial real estate. In 2019, she joined Skybridge Real Estate as a broker associate and continues to represent clients in their residential and commercial real estate needs while overseeing a portfolio of properties across the state of Oklahoma.
Outside of the office, she is active with OKMAR and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Committee. She is a volunteer at several non-profit pet organizations and shelters in the city metro area and is also an advocate for veteran’s affairs. She is working alongside her brothers on a non-profit organization to benefit disabled veterans and those suffering from PTSD which is a cause close to her heart. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, spend time with family and friends and listen to live music especially when her husband, Kyle Rainer, is on stage.
Corey Hale

Corey is a sales associate for Skybridge Real Estate. He was born and raised in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. Growing up on the east coast of Australia, he played many sports and loved being outdoors, developing a passion for the game of golf at a very young age. After high school, he received an offer to play golf at Oklahoma Christian University – he accepted this offer, thus beginning his life in the United States.
After completing his studies at Oklahoma Christian, Corey returned to Australia, where he pursued a dual path as both a golf professional and a coach. He completed a prestigious PGA of Australia traineeship while also working in sales and marketing—a role he excelled in for five years before fully committing to a career as a professional golfer. Corey’s seven-year journey as a professional golfer took him around the globe, competing in tours across Australia, America, Canada, China, and Southeast Asia.
In 2016 he returned to Edmond as he continued his traveling golf career, and as fate would have it, he met his wife, Kelli, which led him to stay in Oklahoma. After years of traveling, he completed his final professional tournament in his home country in December of 2019.
Since transitioning into real estate, Corey has quickly made a name for himself. He was recently honored as a Rising Star in Commercial Real Estate by 405 Business Magazine and recognized among the top 500 OKC Real Producers in Residential Sales for 2024. Over the past four years, Corey has successfully sold more than $55 million in residential and commercial real estate, cementing his reputation as a dynamic and accomplished professional in this field.

Cori was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and later moved to Oklahoma City to pursue her education at Southern Nazarene University, where she graduated with a degree in Education in 2004. Her interest in construction began early, thanks to her father, who would often take her and her brothers to visit his commercial construction projects. This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion for watching ideas turn into tangible creations.
Cori transitioned into the real estate industry in 2015, quickly discovering her passion for new home construction. She started her career by working closely with a custom home builder, guiding clients through the process of constructing their dream homes. Eventually, she was invited to manage a builder showroom, where she took on the role of an exclusive designer.
Her approach to working with client’s centers on honesty, transparency, and clear communication, values she believes are key to fulfilling her clients’ expectations. Cori enjoys developing professional yet relaxed relationships with her clients, who entrust her with bringing their vision to life. She is involved in both the interior and exterior design selections, coordinating every detail to ensure the final product aligns with her clients’ dreams.

Austin is an experienced project manager with over six years of specialized expertise in commercial construction and more than a decade of experience in general construction, including residential projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully contributed to a variety of significant projects across multiple sectors, including retail, hospitality, food and beverage, fitness, and historic preservation.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Austin pursued his education at the University of Oklahoma, earning degrees in Construction Science and Psychology. His diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on project management, allowing him to effectively navigate the complexities of the construction industry.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Austin is passionate about mixed martial arts and occasionally competes in MMA.
