A graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s College of Architecture Construction Science Program, Steven has spent more than 20 years in the construction and development industries. Steven began his career with a small general contracting firm in Oklahoma City learning the business from the field perspective before transitioning to roles in pre-construction, project management, and business development.
In 2004, Steven accepted an opportunity to join Bass Pro Shops’ project development staff. For 7 years, Steven traveled the country building destination retail centers in locations such as Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ, Mobile, AL, & Ft. Myers, FL. In 2011, Steven joined Timberlake Construction in Oklahoma City as their Vice President of Operations. In the 5 years that Steven managed the operations department for Timberlake, the company’s revenue increased by more than 50%, the staff grew to 90+, and the portfolio of projects expanded to include large mixed-use developments (University Town Center in Norman, OK), hospitality (The Artesian Hotel in Sulphur, OK) sports and entertainment venues (Flying Tee in Tulsa, OK; Main Event in Oklahoma City & Tulsa, OK) and municipal projects.
Steven went on to serve as the Regional Vice President for Harrison, Walker, & Harper, LP. Steven oversaw the operations for the Central Region from HWH’s Oklahoma City office. During his tenure with HWH, the Oklahoma City office has grown from a startup to an office that completed $100M+ in revenue in 2018. Some of the projects he oversaw were manufacturing facilities in 2 states, large multi-acre mixed-use developments in Central & Southern Oklahoma, and a multi-state retail/entertainment program.
Today, Steven is the Chief Operating Officer for Skybridge LLC, President of Skybridge LLC and President of Skybridge Site Development.
Chief Marketing Officer for Skybridge Development and President of Skybridge Logistics, LLC
Grant is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and a Senior VP for Skybridge Development. Since joining the Skybridge team in 2018, Grant has focused on marketing Skybridge to potential clients and partners in order to help the company build/develop/manage unique properties.
Prior to joining Skybridge, Grant was a graduate student at Texas A&M and earned his Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Real Estate from the Mays Business School. As a student, Grant served as the MBA Class President and was a founding member of Mays Vets — a Veteran’s affinity organization designed to support Veterans as they transition out of the military into the MBA program and the private sector. In 2016, Grant was recognized by the Texas A&M Association of Former Students in its 12 Under 12 Young Alumni Spotlight.
Grant’s final assignment in his 11-year Army career was serving as an ROTC instructor at Texas A&M. Grant was the MS IV program director responsible for coaching, teaching, and mentoring senior cadets on the principles of leadership and military operations. Grant was recognized by the office of the Commandant at Texas A&M as the Outstanding Military Advisor.
Previously, Grant served as a company commander of a 150-person company task force in combat in Afghanistan responsible for securing and connecting the population to the Afghan government. During his three-year-long tours in combat, Grant received the Army Commendation Medal for Valor and is a three-time recipient of the Bronze Star.
In Grant’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and championing Veteran’s causes.
Chief Finance Officer for Skybridge Development and President of Skybridge Real Estate, LLC
Malek P. Massad is President of Skybridge Real Estate and SVP/CFO of Skybridge Development in Oklahoma. He has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in financial feasibility studies, strategic planning, valuation, market studies, budgeting, due diligence analysis, and development. Formerly Executive Vice President of Emersons Commercial Real Estate, Vice President of Real Estate for Bob Moore Auto Group and LM Real Estate; Vice President of Investment Analysis for Black Oak Partners, LLC; President of MPM Investments, LLC; and Vice President of Investment Analysis for H3 Advisors.
Malek holds a B.S. from the College of Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A. in Finance, both from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. His notable achievements include analyzing over $2 billion of real estate assets, negotiating partnerships resulting in $250 million of assets, developing 30 projects with a total value of over $175 million of real estate, growing an asset management company to support over 1 million square feet under management, and increasing the revenue for a landscaping company by 40 percent in one year to over $2 million.
He was selected for the Journal Record's "Top 40 under 40" award, OKC Biz Magazine's "Achiever's Under 40" award, and recently as a member of Leadership Oklahoma City's Signature Class 34.
Operations Manager for
Tim Rowland is Operations Manager of Skybridge Construction. He has 25 years of experience in construction, real estate development and business management. Tim has a vast level of experience from the construction field to management. He has worked on military and government projects for GSA, USACE, NACFAC and local government agencies. Within the private commercial sector, Tim has worked on numerous retail, family entertainment, healthcare, corporate, education, manufacturing and oil and gas projects. Tim has worked with project teams and stakeholders across the U.S. and Internationally.
Tim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, Texas, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Columbia Southern University, in Orange Beach, Alabama and a M.B.A. from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. His current role focuses on developing and managing construction operations and overseeing project teams for design build and bid build projects.
Tim is involved outside of work with his family activities which include Scouting, Special Olympics, youth baseball and chasing rodeos.
Director of Pre Construction Services for Skybridge Development
A University of Central Oklahoma graduate, Corey is a 24 year veteran of the construction industry. He began his career as a trade contractor, even owning his own business for a time, before moving on to roles as a construction manager.
In 2013, Corey joined Timberlake Construction as an estimator, where he was responsible for the preparation of cost estimates throughout the pre-construction cycle of a project.
In 2016, Corey accepted the opportunity to help start Harrison, Walker & Harper’s Oklahoma City, OK office as Senior Estimator. With Corey’s help, the HWH OKC office grew from a startup in 2016 to an office that completed $100M+ in revenue in 2018.
Today Corey is the Director of Pre-Construction Services for Skybridge LLC with multiple projects planned in Texas and Oklahoma.
Project Manager for Skybridge Development
A University of Kansas graduate, DJ has worked in the construction industry for more the 10 years, both as a trade contractor as well as a construction manager. DJ’s resume boasts impressive commercial construction projects, but he also has a passion rooted in residential construction, both single-family and multi-family projects.”
During his time with REO Construction in Oklahoma City, DJ completed more than 20 multi-family projects of varying sizes and constructed two high-end single family projects.
Today DJ is a project manager for Skybridge LLC with multiple projects planned in Texas and Oklahoma.
Chief Project Administrator for Skybridge Development
Lanita Colbert serves as the Chief Project Administrator for Skybridge Construction and Office Manager for Skybridge Development. Lanita started her professional career as a legal assistant in a large legal firm, where she specialized in international patents, oil and gas, and worker compensation.
Lanita moved from the legal field into construction where she owned and managed a custom metal fabrication shop that served Central Oklahoma. In 2015 Lanita began working in the commercial construction management field. Her current role oversees document management, corporate and project compliance, accounting oversite, and software implementation.
Lanita holds an associate degree and numerous professional certifications. She actively volunteers at her local church and community, as well as Habitat for Humanity.
Sales Associate for Skybridge Real Estate
Jenni is a true Okie from Muskogee, born and raised in eastern Oklahoma’s Green Country. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Journalism and Communications.
She’s spent the last decade working in sales and marketing, including both healthcare and real estate. Her career in real estate began with a focus on residential, where she excelled as a multi-million dollar producer; she’s a BOLD graduate, and a KW Capper. Her real estate career has grown to include all aspects of commercial, including retail, industrial, multi-family, and office markets.
Outside of selling, she's had the joy of helping Oklahoman’s integrate healthy living into their work/life balance; she’s a Certified Workplace Wellness Specialist, has held the position of corporate chair for the Oklahoma County initiative: The Wellness Now Coalition, and has spoken at numerous events and expos on related topics. Outside of the office, she is active in The Harn Homestead, and St Jude fundraising committees, two organizations dedicated to giving back and supporting children. And in her spare time, she loves to travel and explore new places, listen to live music (especially her husband), and just enjoy life.
